Traffic Accident Report Requests

Available online, via post mail, or apply in person to the Monroe Police Records Bureau for a copy of an accident report you were involved in.  Effective October 1, 2007, requests for state form UD-10 crash reports from insurance agencies shall be handled through the tracview.com website.

State Form Accident Reports

Available for purchase online from Tracview.com as of October 1, 2007.
State Form Accident Report Fee: $5.00
Private Property Accident Report Fee: $3.00

Criminal Complaints

In order to obtain copies of criminal complaints a Freedom of Information request must be completed.  Reports will not be released if there is a known suspect in the case in which charges are pending and the suspect has not been arraigned on the matter.  Criminal Complaint Fee: $6.00 for the first ten pages and $ .03 for each additional page.
